What does training feel like? — Neurofeedback training is very relaxing, in fact, there is a greatly enhanced ability to enter states of profound relaxation or meditation. In addition, you may perceive an increased clarity, a new calmness, and a greater ability to focus, often called the “clean windshield effect”. But it is very gentle and some people notice little difference during a single neurofeedback session. Mostly, the changes and shifts are felt as you go about your daily life with a new feeling or perspective.
